Father in heaven, please help me to be a friendly person and a channel for your love to every life I touch. Remind me to never leave a friend behind. Friends are all we have to get us through this life--and they are the only things from this world that we could hope to see in the next. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayer, in Jesus name. Amen.

Relationships are truly the spice of life. When we get to the end of our life who wants to be the richest man in the cemetery? Not me, but I do want to be rich in loving relationships. I have no idea who the author is but I read the following commandments for getting along with people.
1. Speak to people. There is nothing as nice as a cheerful word of greeting.
2. Smile at people. It takes seventy-two muscles to frown and only fourteen to smile.
3. Call people by name. The sweetest music to anyone's ears is the sound of his or her name.
4. Be friendly and helpful. If you would have friends, be friendly.
5. Be cordial. Speak and act as if everything you do is a genuine pleasure [make sure that it is].
6. Be genuinely interested in people. You can find something interesting about every person.
7. Be generous with praise ... and cautious with criticism.
8. Be considerate of the feelings of others. It will be appreciated.
9. Be thoughtful of the opinion of others. There are three sides to a conversation/argument: yours, the other person's, and the right one!
10. Be alert to give service. What you do for others is important.

Great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.
I give you a new commandment: that you should love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you too should love one another... John 13:34

Cultivate an optimistic mind, use your imagination, always consider alternatives, and dare to believe that you can make possible what others think is impossible.
...Lift up now your eyes and look from the place where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward; Genesis 13:14
God has a place of victory in store for you today! You may be facing challenges. You may look around you and see impossible circumstances. In the natural, it may look like things won't ever change, but God is saying today, "Quit looking at your circumstances and look up! Lift up your eyes of faith and look beyond where you are because there is victory as far as the eye can see!
Your enemies may have some power today, but remember, our God is All Powerful! There's no foe that can stand against Him. Those things you are facing are temporary, but God Almighty is eternal. He's the God who flung the stars into space. He's the God who spoke the world into existence. When He said, "Let there be light," light came at 186,000 miles per second. That's power and that's the God we serve.
I encourage you to stand strong today. Keep believing because He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. As you lift your eyes to Him, as you focus on His goodness, He will guide you and direct you in the path of victory in every area of your life!
Heavenly Father, today I choose to lift up my eyes of faith toward You. Thank You for surrounding me with Your goodness and mercy. Thank You for believing in me and for preparing a good future for me. Fill my heart with Your peace and confidence as I continue to trust You in every area of my life. In Jesus Name, Amen.

"Father in Heaven, Forgive me for the unkind things I have said about others. Forgive me for words spoken out of a negative attitude. Forgive the ugly words I have spoken out of revenge. Wash my mouth with the power of Your Holy Spirit. Help my words to bring kindness and healing to people. Let my words be a witness to Your Power to "Change" a person. Let my speech pattern reflect the Christ I say lives in my heart. Clean up my Language! In Jesus name & Power! Amen."

"Father in heaven, Thank-You for the times You have "Pulled" me over the mountains & problems of life. Forgive me for sometimes thinking I did it myself. Thank You for the gentle reminder today that all that I face I can either face alone or with You on my side. I am beginning to see that the brick walls are there for a reason. The brick walls are not there to keep me out. The brick walls are there to give me an opportunity to show how badly I want something. Because the brick walls are there to stop the people who don't want it badly enough. They're there to stop the other people not me! I claim the Power that a Partnership with You brings. I will be victorious, I will conquer, I will survive. "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can" because I KNOW who is up front pulling me toward better days and new heights. In Jesus name Amen."

"If you have made mistakes, even serious mistakes, you may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call "failure" is not the falling down, but the staying down."
Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19
When God says He's going to bless you, ignore the obstacles and keep walking. You're too important to Him to be derailed by a situation that was meant only to give you character and direction. It was grace that enabled you to make it this far, right? God has already proved that He can bring you through the fire without so much as the smell of smoke and out of the lion's den without even a bite mark. If you're afraid of the future, check with the past. Has He ever failed you? No, you may have failed yourself, but He never will! God's getting ready to open some doors that have been closed to you; to break some chains that have held you back. He is saying, "I'm about to do a brand new thing." Like what? you ask. How about a new relationship? Or a new assignment? Or a new anointing? Or a new approach to an old problem? God may not change, but He moves. So get ready to move with Him!
Father in Heaven forgive me for sometimes allowing my past failures to affect my future. I realize that on my own it is inevitable that I will and have failed, however, with You all things are possible. I am looking forward to a fresh start, a new beginning, a re-do with You as my center and my rock. I know that if I keep walking You will set a path before me and I am excited to see what You have in store for me. I will take it one day at a time, starting today! In Jesus name. Amen!

"Father in Heaven, Today, as with each new day I say Thank-You for Your Mercy! Without it I know I would be toast. I am far from who I want to be, so I "NEED" Your Mercy. I am far from who I used to be, only "BECAUSE" of Your Mercy. "My mistakes, God turned into miracles, all my tears He turned into joy, my past was forgiven, my new name was written, when mercy rewrote my life. Mercy, rewrote my life, mercy, rewrote my life I could have fallen, but mercy rewrote my life." AMEN! Mercy Re-Wrote My Life

You are closer to your victory when you face the greatest opposition. Don't give up just because there is opposition... There will ALWAYS be opposition!
Heavenly Father, today I release (I give) all of my cares, my struggles, my incompleteness, and anxieties on You. I KNOW that my breakthrough is coming. I choose to press forward, to stand strong and see Your Power, Your Deliverance and Completeness. I believe and receive Your Word, and I believe that You will reward me as I earnestly seek after You. In Jesus Name. Amen!

Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty. (Job 5:17)
